X-CSL-Updater v.1.3.3 is released

A new version of the X-CSL-Updater 1.3.3 is released.

- the source code is now licensed under the Mozilla Public License 2.0, see LICENSE and TRADEMARKS.md
- updated the default server url
- fixed a hung file list and progress bar during indexing
- fixed a potential way to escape the base directory
- fixed a possible loss of existing outdated files on error or on user canceling during an update
- fixed incorrect loading of saved window geometry
- set a dedicated "X-CSL-Updater" User-Agent for network requests

The new version can be downloaded in the "Downloads" section.
