23.01.2019 - New version X-CSL-Updater 1.2.0

New version X-CSL-Updater 1.2.0 is released.

The main change - is automatic download resource files for correct work the X-CSL library. So, no more need to manually download files. All changes are below:

- moved to new Qt 5.11.2;

- added Doc8643.txt and related.txt file into update list;

- fixed bug with displaying target path when custom target path is in use;

- added saving and restoring window size;

- removed Russian language;

- added new package state ("not installed") and changed package status display text.
